    Mia R. Baldioceda, M.S., LMFT

Mia R. Baldioceda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida (MT 5216) and a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She received her BA from Touro College Manhattan and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.  With a solid foundation of knowledge and real-world experience, Mia is deeply committed to fostering meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those she works with.

Her therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, viewing mental health as a deeply interconnected experience.   She believes that true healing occurs when our various parts are addressed in tandem. Her goal is always to help her clients reconnect with their inner strength, restore balance, and reclaim a sense of peace and well-being.

In her practice, Mia draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic healing, and inner child work. This eclectic approach allows her to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individuals or families in her care, ensuring that every client feels seen, understood, and supported in their journey. With compassion and respect, Mia creates a space where clients can explore their emotions, gain deeper insight, and ultimately heal in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

Outside of her professional life, Mia resides in South Florida with her husband, Ary, and their five children. Living in a diverse and dynamic community, she is continuously inspired by the resilience, strength, and vibrancy of the people around her.
