    Violeta Parilli, M.S., LMFT

Violeta Parilli is a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT 5036) in the state of Florida with passion for helping women and couples, navigate life’s challenges.

As someone who embarked on a transformative journey from the corporate world to the realm of mental health. Following a background in business, she discovered her true calling in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of life and find their paths to healing. Drawing on her own experiences of balancing the demands of a fast-paced career and a family life, she brings a unique perspective to therapy, understanding the challenges many face in today’s dynamic world. Guided by a genuine passion for fostering mental well-being, she transitioned to a career in therapy to create a space where individuals and couples can explore, grow, and rediscover the best version of themselves.

Violeta has a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Previously, for her business background, she had obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Finance.

She specializes in working with couples and individual women, empowering her clients in their journey toward emotional resilience and personal fulfillment. She is committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns.

Violeta’s therapeutic approach is through working on relationships. We all live in relationships—with our family, friends, community, and even ourselves. Through relationships, we share parts of who we are, and the more harmonious our relationships, the better we relate to ourselves and the more we feel fulfilled.

Her therapeutic method is based on a postmodern relational approach. That means she believes you are the expert in your own life, and that the cues to finding a solution to whatever you’re going through are in you—you just need a little help finding them. She will listen to you without judgement and meet you where you are in this process. From there, her aim is to give you the tools you need to move forward in living the better life you imagined when you first came to see her.

Whether you are seeking support for personal growth, coping with life transitions, or addressing specific challenges, she offers individual and couples therapy sessions to help you achieve your goals, foster meaningful connections, and embark on a journey towards lasting positive change in your life. She would be honored to be part of your journey, whether as a couple’s therapist, or as a compassionate guide supporting the unique challenges faced by women. Together, you can navigate the path toward resilience, and the fulfillment of your personal and relational aspirations. Reach out to Violeta to embark on this empowering journey together.
